Refund and Exchange Policy

ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE (CASE TO CASE SITUATION)

Can I refund if products that I purchased are in following scenerio :

• Products that I purchased are not suitable / wrong size / not look good for me

        No refundable / exhangeble

• Products received are wrong sizes or colours

        Yes, wrong products received can be refund / exchange. Please inform us via IG : thehangeeershop within 3 working days after parcel delieveried. DM us with your Order ID & send us a picture as proof 

        Wrong item must return to The Hanger Shop with original condition and postage will be bare by The Hanger Shop

• Defective Items

        Washable / Minor Stain (less than 1M)

        No refundable / exhangeble for minor defection.

       Due to large order from our suppliers, non obvious defection will not be refundable, we will double check before send out your orders :)

       Human Damage

       Damage made by customer are not refundable / exchangeable

       Stain / Defection more than 1CM

       All obvious stain / defection are refundable. (case to case)

       Please inform us via IG : thehangeeershop within 3 working days after parcel delieveried. DM us with your Order ID & send us a picture as proof.
